Natco Tamarind Paste is one of the highest quality available. It is used widely in Indian and Thai cuisine for its sweet and tangy flavour. You can dilute in warm water for a few minutes and add to your chosen dish, or directly add to your cooking. This souring agent is used for chutneys, dips, sweet and sour dishes.
